Christina Midtun is our new Product Marketing Manager in the marketing department for Atlantic salmon. She will be responsible for marketing the company’s product portfolio within salmon genetics.
Before Christina became part of Benchmark, she worked at O. Kavli AS as a Product Manager with responsibility for the company’s product portfolio within a collection of spreadable cheeses. She also has over 20 years of working experience with the brand, product, and project management from the food industry, in Rieber & Søn ASA and O. Kavli AS. She has a degree in Civil Economics from NHH, Norwegian School of Economics.
As part of the Benchmark team, she will work with the company’s marketing strategies for our product portfolio and with the product development process, which involves market insight, product management, and life cycle management from start to launch. She will collaborate with colleagues in the fields of genetics, production, fish health, and commercial.
The position reports to Birgitte Sørheim, who is the marketing director for salmon at Benchmark.
