Benchmark Genetics follows the Directorate of Labour’s policy in Iceland regarding equal pay, defined in standard ÍST85. This ensures that all Benchmark Genetics employees in Iceland receive equal pay and equal conditions for the same or equally valuable work, so that no indiscriminate wage difference exists.
