Katrine Eliassen appointmented as the new QHSE Manager in Norway at Benchmark Genetics. Katrine brings a wealth of experience from her time as QHSE Responsible at our Salten facility and holds a strong academic background from Nord University.
In her new role, Katrine will lead Norway’s QHSE efforts across headquarters in Bergen and our production sites in Lønningdal and Salten. Her responsibilities will include:
- Managing our VIS-based QHSE system
- Overseeing certifications such as GLOBALG.A.P., ISO 14001, and Debio
- Conducting internal and partner audits
- Follow up relevant suppliers and make sure they are approved according to GlobalGAP
- Driving deviation and risk management
- Follow up and support our production sites and offices in quality related tasks
- Delivering training and executing emergency preparedness drills
Katrine’s dedication to quality, safety, and environmental excellence makes her the ideal leader to ensure our operations remain compliant and continuously improve. Her work will be vital in strengthening our culture and supporting Benchmark Genetics’ commitment to sustainability and responsible production.
