We are proud to announce the appointment of Júlíus Steinn Kristjánsson as Global People Director. He will also join the company’s Executive Management Team.
Júlíus has been with Benchmark Genetics for the past three years as People Manager for our team in Iceland and will now lead and develop the company’s global people strategy. Benchmark Genetics operates in seven countries: Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Chile, and Colombia. He holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management. Júlíus brings extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of HR leadership, organizational development, and equality, gained in both Icelandic and international companies.
