El fenotipo se ha medido tanto manualmente como una puntuaci\u00f3n SalmoFan como con la ayuda de dispositivos espectrosc\u00f3picos. Tambi\u00e9n se ha utilizado una medici\u00f3n de <em>Near Infrared<\/em> (NIR), ya sea como una medici\u00f3n puntual dentro del <em>Norwegian Quality Cut<\/em> (NQC) o como una medici\u00f3n promedio de todo el filete. Dentro de la poblaci\u00f3n de salmones, existe una amplia variedad de la cantidad de astaxantina por kilo detectada en cada filete. Por lo tanto, es razonable mejorar este rasgo mediante la cr\u00eda selectiva (Figura 1). La pigmentaci\u00f3n del filete se registra anualmente en los <em>full-sibs<\/em> de nuestros candidatos de cr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row leftheading-rightbody height_large\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 vc_col-md-8 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">[vc_custom_heading text=\u00bbMarcadores SNP \u00bb use_theme_fonts=\u00bbyes\u00bb]<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-4 vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-4 vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 vc_col-md-8 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"FFpbKc\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"c924\" class=\"oBOnKe\"><\/h2>\n<div class=\"dePhmb\">\n<div class=\"eyKpYb\" data-language=\"es\" data-original-language=\"en\" data-result-index=\"0\">\n<div class=\"J0lOec\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Para cada rasgo gen\u00e9tico, los marcadores SNP que se distribuyen uniformemente en todo el genoma del salm\u00f3n contribuyen de manera diferente.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">Para mapear la contribuci\u00f3n de cada marcador a la pigmentaci\u00f3n del filete, se muestrean las aletas adiposas para el genotipado y se conectan al fenotipo de cada animal.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">A partir de ah\u00ed, se estima mediante un estudio de asociaci\u00f3n de todo el genoma (GWAS).<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">Para la cepa SalmoBreed de la year-class 2015, se genotipificaron 1.698 peces con una matriz SNP de Affymetrix hecha a medida, NOFSAL03, que consta de m\u00e1s de 50K marcadores SNP.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"J0lOec\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"5\">Tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 un GWAS para vincular sus medidas individuales de mg \/ kg-1 de astaxantina en todo el filete con sus expresiones gen\u00f3micas (Figura 2).<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"6\">El diagrama de Manhattan de este GWAS muestra claramente que un QTL afecta el nivel de pigmentaci\u00f3n en un grado mayor que el resto del genoma.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"7\">Tambi\u00e9n muestra que los componentes menores del resto del genoma contribuyen hasta cierto punto.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_none meta_simple\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"688\" height=\"458\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bmkgenetics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pigmentation-in-fillet.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bmkgenetics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pigmentation-in-fillet.png 688w, https:\/\/www.bmkgenetics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pigmentation-in-fillet-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 688px) 100vw, 688px\" \/><\/div><div class=\"w-image-meta\"><div class=\"w-image-title\">pigmentation-in-fillet<\/div><div class=\"w-image-description\">Figure 1: Distribution of the average astaxanthin levels in whole fillet in 3,268 slaughter-sized Atlantic salmon using a commercial NIR imaging scanner (QVision500, Tomra Sorting Solutions, Leuven, Belgium). A level of 1-3 is considered as \u201cpoor levels\u201d and you can expect a pale fillet. From 5.5, the astaxanthin levels are \u201cgood\u201d, and from 7, the level of astaxanthin is \u201creally good\u201d.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Benchmark Genetics ofrece GS y QTL para pigmentaci\u00f3n. Desde 2017 se han implementado estas tecnolog\u00edas para mejorar la calidad de estos fenotipos. Sin embargo, ha sido parte del programa de reproducci\u00f3n de la variedad SalmoBreed desde 2005, con el objetivo de aumentar constantemente la pigmentaci\u00f3n del filete del n\u00facleo de reproducci\u00f3n.
